FARGO is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented CRM & Customer Reactivation Intern to join our team .

This is a six-month, full-time, office-based internship designed for individuals who want to develop practical experience in customer relationship management, customer reactivation, telesales, and marketing support.
The successful candidate will help maintain customer relationships, reconnect with inactive customers, conduct follow-ups, manage customer databases, collect feedback, and support customer retention initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, BBA, Management, Communication, or a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or marketing will have an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Confidence in handling customer calls and conducting follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, target-oriented, and motivated to learn.
• Willingness to develop professional skills and grow with the company.
• Availability for full-time, office-based work in Banasree, M Block, Dhaka.

• Monthly internship salary of ৳12,000–15,000.
• Performance-based salary progression after six months and one year.
