Assisting in IT support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Supporting system maintenance and monitoring activities. Assisting in installation, configuration, and

updating of operating systems and applications.

Providing support in maintaining IT documentation and inventory records.

Assisting in ensuring basic IT security compliance and data protection practices.

Supporting users with technical issues under supervision.

Providing general administrative and technical support to the IT Department.

Completed all academic requirements for, or recently graduated with, a Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and database concepts.

Familiarity with troubleshooting desktop and application issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Potential employment based on performance during the internship.

Hands-on experience in IT operations within the financial sector.

Internship completion letter upon successful completion of the programme.
