The Dokkhozatra Associate Program 2026 is a voluntary, experience-driven opportunity for passionate students and young professionals to gain real-world exposure through PR, Marketing, Business Development, Content, Design, Operations, and more.

* Support event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.
* Conduct research and identify relevant opportunities.
* Collaborate with team members on real-world projects.
* Represent Dokkhozatra professionally in assigned activities.
* Participate in meetings, workshops, and team discussions.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
* Currently studying or working in Dhaka.
* Passionate about learning, growth, and real-world experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Responsible, proactive, and committed to assigned tasks.
* Interest in PR, Marketing, Business Development, Content, Design, or Operations.
* Willingness to contribute voluntarily to Dokkhozatra’s mission.
* Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
