Project Overview
The system provides two primary roles:
Candidate --- manages a profile and CV, searches jobs, applies for positions, completes payments when required, and tracks applications.
HR Manager --- creates and manages job circulars, reviews applications, views candidate documents, and manages recruitment decisions.
