Trade openness and environmental quality.
Trade openness has boosted Bangladesh’s economic growth through scale and composition effects, while green technology can help achieve sustainable development.
Our project examines how trade openness affects environmental quality in Bangladesh. My responsibility was to analyze the Bangladesh perspective, particularly the scale, composition, and technique effects. We used recent trade and environmental data, along with theoretical frameworks such as the Pollution Haven Hypothesis and Environmental Kuznets Curve.
