• Consult with customers via phone and email, handle change or cancellation requests, and share booking updates.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders like airlines, hotels, and GDS providers.

• Spot opportunities to improve work processes — we love fresh ideas!

• Work closely with other teams to reduce customer query resolution time.

• Undergraduate students (or fresh graduates) from any reputed university.

• Proficient in English & Bengali (read, write, speak).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy: comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and quick to learn new platforms.

• A team player with a positive attitude — detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and goal-focused.

• Open to working on a roster basis, including weekends/holidays (we value flexibility!).
