• Take charge of the end-to-end booking process to ensure our travelers have the best experience possible.
• Check documentation, policies, and airlines regulations like a pro.
• Confirm and monitor transactions for each booking — accuracy is key!
• Keep our travel advisories updated so customers are always in the know.
• Consult with customers via phone and email, handle change or cancellation requests, and share booking updates.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders like airlines, hotels, and GDS providers.
• Spot opportunities to improve work processes — we love fresh ideas!
• Work closely with other teams to reduce customer query resolution time.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
• Undergraduate students (or fresh graduates) from any reputed university.
• Proficient in English & Bengali (read, write, speak).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and quick to learn new platforms.
• A team player with a positive attitude — detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and goal-focused.
• Open to working on a roster basis, including weekends/holidays (we value flexibility!).
