Fresherz

Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Fresherz, House no: 6, Road: 02, Block: L, Banani, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh ("Fresherz", "we") when you use fresherzjob.com. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Fresherz.

1. What Fresherz is, and what it is not

Fresherz is a place where employers publish internships and entry-level jobs and where candidates publish profiles and apply. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee that a listing is genuine, that an employer will reply, that an interview will happen, or that a job or stipend will be paid. Whether to hire is entirely the employer's decision; whether to accept is entirely yours. Check any offer before you act on it, and never pay for one.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, and if you are under 18 you may use Fresherz only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Give us real information — your own name, an email address you control, and a mobile number that reaches you. One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has got into it.

You may sign in with Google instead of a password. If you do, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture.

3. Fresherz is free for candidates

We never charge a candidate to sign up, build a profile, appear in search, apply for a listing, or message an employer. No employer on Fresherz may charge you a fee for a job, an application, a "registration", a "training kit", "security money", a medical test or a deposit. If anyone asks you for money in connection with a listing on this site, do not pay, and report the listing. The report button is on every listing, and "asking for money" is one of the reasons you can choose.

4. Rules for candidates

  • Your profile must describe you. Do not invent employers, degrees or certificates, and do not upload somebody else's CV as your own.

  • Do not publish other people's personal information, and do not put a National ID number, a bank account, or a password anywhere on the site.

  • Do not apply through automated tools, scrape the site, or copy the listings.

  • Use messaging to talk about work. It is not a channel for advertising, harassment or personal approaches.

  • The AI features are for your own profile. Three CV reads and three writing checks, for the life of your account.

5. Rules for employers

  • Post only real openings at an organisation you are authorised to represent. A listing must state the role honestly — the work, the location, the type, and the stipend or salary if there is one.

  • Never ask a candidate for money, in any form and for any reason. This is the rule we will close an account for the fastest.

  • Do not post multi-level marketing schemes, commission-only "sales opportunities" dressed as internships, listings for another company you do not represent, or the same role over and over to stay at the top of the list.

  • Do not write requirements that discriminate on grounds that are not part of doing the job — sex, marital status, religion, ethnicity, disability. Where you set an age or a gender requirement, be prepared to justify it as a genuine requirement of the role.

  • Use candidate data only to assess that candidate for that role. Do not export it, sell it, add it to a mailing list, pass it to a third party or keep it after your recruitment for that role is finished.

  • Reply to people, or don't — but do not use messaging to sell anything to your applicants.

  • Do not post jobs located outside Bangladesh. Advertising overseas employment is a licensed activity here, and Fresherz is not a licensed overseas recruiting agent. Listings for work abroad will be removed.

  • You are responsible for what your listings say and for what your colleagues on the account do.

New listings and material edits to a live listing go through moderation before they appear. We may refuse or remove a listing; where a paid listing is rejected, its credit is returned to your balance.

6. Your content, and what we may do with it

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, display it to the people you have chosen to show it to, and send it in the emails and notifications the service depends on — nothing else. If your profile is public, it is on the open web and search engines will index it; that is what "public" means, and you can turn it off.

You confirm that what you upload is yours to upload and does not infringe anybody's rights.

7. Employer credits and payments

Publishing a listing spends a credit from your organisation's balance. Credits are bought in packs and are recorded on a ledger you can read. Credits belong to the organisation that bought them, cannot be transferred to another organisation, and have no cash value. Invoices are issued for every purchase and are numbered without gaps. Credits do not expire.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Credits Policy, which is part of these terms.

Fresherz is free today, for everybody. Paid employer accounts are switched off: there is no checkout on this site, no card or wallet details are collected, and no money is taken from anybody. The section above describes what will apply if and when paid employer services are switched on. Before the first payment is ever taken we will name the payment provider on this page, state the price in Bangladeshi Taka, and say whether VAT applies.

8. Moderation, suspension and closure

We may remove a listing, a profile, a message or a review; limit an account; or close an account, if these terms are broken, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe somebody is being defrauded. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to answer first — but where money is being asked of candidates we will act first and explain afterwards.

You may close your own account at any time by writing to support@fresherzjob.com. What happens to your data when you do is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep Fresherz available and correct, but we provide it "as it is". We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not verify the truth of every listing or every profile. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or lost earnings; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a candidate, is nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Bangladesh, including under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. And nothing in these terms cancels or reduces your rights over your own personal data — under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 those rights cannot be signed away by any contract or notice, including this one.

10. Reporting problems

Every listing has a report button. Choose the reason that fits — asking for money, scam, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, not actually hiring, duplicate, or something else. A human being reads every report. If you believe content on Fresherz infringes your copyright or your trademark, write to support@fresherzjob.com with enough detail for us to find it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The "Last updated" date always says when. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Fresherz after that date means you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. Talk to us first — most things are settled by an email to support@fresherzjob.com.
