Intern – Business Development & Research

Akij Venture Group is looking for a motivated and analytical Intern – Business Development & Research for its AFBL Product Development unit. This opportunity is suitable for graduates interested in market research, consumer behavior, data analysis, and product development. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in market surveys, consumer research, field studies, and data analysis while supporting business development initiatives.

- Conduct in-house and outdoor blind tests.

- Perform qualitative and quantitative market surveys.

- Arrange and coordinate survey respondents.

- Conduct field visits for research and activity evaluation.

- Perform data entry and analysis using SPSS.

- Assist with competition-based programs.

- Support Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and dispatch studies.

- Conduct research and surveys in Dhaka and outside Dhaka.

- Graduates from any reputed public or private university.

- Minimum CGPA of 3.30 out of 4.00.

- Must have completed all academic courses except the internship program.

- Age must be between 22 and 24 years.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of SPSS.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel for field research.

- Interest in market research, consumer behavior, data analysis, and product development.

- Hands-on experience in market research and product development.

- Practical exposure to qualitative and quantitative research.
