Old Age Day Care Centre
Help working adults care for their elderly parents while ensuring those parents are not left alone or neglected during the day.
Developed a business concept in my HRM 360 course, the oragnaisation was a old age people's daycare service that provides daytime care and support for elderly parents while their family members are at work. As part of the project, I designed the overall organizational structure, identified required positions and responsibilities, created the organizational organogram, and prepared the financial data and operational framework for the proposed organization.
