I was responsible for conducting one-on-one interview preparation sessions with prospective international students, assessing their 

readiness, improving communication confidence, and guiding them through university interview expectations to enhance conversion success.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to coordinate MIBC’s flagship event Turkish Airlines Presents MarXcellence 2025, 

ensuring smooth execution of workshops, semi-finals, and finale operations while driving team alignment and operational efficiency. 

• Led event planning and workforce coordination, overseeing campus ambassador execution, participant engagement, registrations, and 

logistical operations to enhance event effectiveness. 

• Negotiated and secured BDT 250K in sponsorships by building corporate partnerships, drafting proposals, and managing stakeholder 

relationships. 

• I have conducted recruitment interviews and onboarding sessions for new members, supporting talent selection, orientation, and 

capability-building initiatives. 

• Facilitated cross-departmental conflict resolution and team alignment, strengthening collaboration and improving internal 

coordination. 

• Represented the organisation at external professional and networking events, building strategic connections and increasing the club’s visibility.
