We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Content Creation Intern who is passionate about social media, storytelling, and emerging content trends. This role will support the development of engaging, culturally relevant content across digital platforms through ideation, content production, creator collaborations, and trend-driven execution. The ideal candidate should be highly active on social media, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and eager to contribute to impactful brand communication initiatives.
• Support the content team in planning, creating, and managing engaging content across digital and social media platforms.
• Stay actively updated on social media trends, creator culture, and platform best practices to help brands stay culturally relevant.
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into meaningful, brand-appropriate content opportunities.
• Assist in executing creator marketing and brand communication initiatives across multiple campaigns.
• Participate in content ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing for social media and digital channels.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for brand content, campaigns, reels, and short-form videos when required.
• Handle basic camera setup, mobile/content shooting equipment, lighting, and audio during content production.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and visual content optimized for audience engagement and platform performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and social trends to support continuous improvement of content strategy.
• 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 in any Undergraduate/ Postgraduate program in university.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.
• Already working as an influencer/ content creator or has a strong interest and passion in this field.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, memes, creator ecosystems, and youth culture.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Highly active on different social media platforms.
• Basic skills in video shooting, editing, and content production tools/apps.
• Camera-friendly, confident, and comfortable in front of the lens.
• Basic understanding of diverse marketing concepts and practices.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
