No prior work experience is required.
Responsibilities & Context
Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Support the recruitment process, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documents.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Support the preparation of HR reports and documents.
Coordinate with employees and different departments regarding HR-related matters.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and events.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education
BBA / MBA from any reputed public or private university.
Students in their final semester or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and practices.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
