Shortlisted 200 CVs of microfinance staff candidates, coordinated the end-to-end recruitment phase and onboarding sessions of more than 200+, and maintained accurate candidate records and timely follow-up with stakeholders. Prepared guidelines for recruited staff, designed the exam module, and supported the design of a competency-based training journey for pool staff and assessors. Assisted in preparing the Business Requirements Document (BRD), contributed to the platform UI redesign and mobile UI design, and created AI-generated videos. Additionally scripted content for upcoming modules. Analyzed and visualized 48,000 staff performance data in Excel to identify key patterns and insights that support management decision-making. Surveyed 50+ cultural institutions across Bangladesh and built a data matrix to identify market gaps; collaborated with the enterprise incubation and advisory services team, coordinated meetings, documented operational workflows and prepared reports for daycare and cultural education projects.

Screened and shortlisted 500 CVs and coordinated end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate onboarding. Maintained employee databases and updated HR records with accuracy, confidentiality and compliance. Coordinated 20+ virtual onboarding sessions and 10 training events across Google Meet, Facebook Live and StreamYard.

Mentored 5 youth-led projects across Bangladesh on climate change and social issues, providing strategic guidance through field visits and ongoing project monitoring. Applied Human-Centered Design principles and documented project progress to keep the BYP team informed and track outcomes.

Secured bank partnerships (Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC) by identifying partners, preparing tailored sponsorship proposals and coordinating sponsor onboarding for events and projects.

Delivered field-level service in Panchagarh and Thakurgaon districts, engaging directly with vulnerable beneficiaries and distributing 400+ blankets to poor and elderly individuals through a fair and dignified process.
