Created the online platform and customer base for an online catering service, which generated BDT 300K+ in revenue. Ran 5 paid social media ad campaigns (Jan–Mar 2026) on BDT 3,173 total spend, driving 95 customer messaging conversations (about BDT 30 each) and 23 link clicks. Managed end-to-end event delivery, from customer inquiry to confirmation, delivery and payment collection, for 1,400+ guests across corporate, institutional and community events, with zero missed commitments across dozens of bookings.

Built a structured business case with market analysis and financial projections that secured BDT 120K in seed funding from BRAC University's Innovation Hub. Built live dashboards to track performance metrics in real time and coordinated product, development and finance teams to keep targets and priorities aligned.

Secured sponsorships from lead generation to deal finalization, including Bunon Basket (Title), Mangrove Hotels (Gold) and Sindon (Silver), and managed BDT 300K+ in funds across two tournaments (approximately 72 participants each) with zero discrepancy on final financial audit. Organized both events end to end, including promotions, registration, budgeting and reconciliation.

Designed and ran donation campaigns that raised BDT 200K+ and provided meals and clothing to approximately 1,000 people in underserved communities across Bangladesh.

Invested in and supervise the first phase of a 22,000 sq. ft. diversified venture: a planned 5,000+ bird Sonali chicken operation, with phased expansion into cattle, goats and prawn; contributed to planning its poultry sheds, packaging areas and meat-processing facilities.
