Role: Documentation Lead, May 2023
In May 2023, I led a filmmaking workshop with the Santal community in Rangpur as Documentation Lead. I designed and delivered 10 training sessions for 25 participants, focusing on storytelling and technical skills. Under my guidance, students produced 3 short documentaries capturing community life and traditions. My responsibility was to mentor students, oversee production quality, and ensure authentic representation.

As Documentary Coordinator and Executive Producer (Jan 2023 – Sep 2024), I managed a 20‑month audiovisual documentation project covering ETH Zurich’s erosion research along the Jamuna River. I coordinated 12 field shoots across multiple districts, supervised a team of 4 filmmakers, and produced over 15 hours of raw footage distilled into documentary sequences. My role ensured scientific accuracy while translating complex data into accessible narratives.
