I am a final-year student majoring in Human Resource Management, having completed all academic coursework with only the internship remaining. I have a strong interest in people management, organizational development, and workplace practices, and I am looking to apply my academic knowledge in a professional environment, gain practical experience, and build a career in HR while contributing meaningfully to the organization.
A quantitative research project studying the factors that influence Bangladeshi consumers’ intention to purchase hybrid vehicles. The study collected survey data from 54 respondents and analysed the results using SPSS to examine environmental awareness, purchase attitude, policy incentives, and charging infrastructure.
