Identified and documented critical bugs including environment misconfiguration, bKash payment gateway failures, broken product-creation API, and non-functional chatbot quick-reply buttons. Diagnosed backend, frontend, and UX issues and communicated findings through structured bug reports with priority and status. Distinguished functional bugs from UX/feature-gap issues and contributed to improving product stability and user experience across dashboard, chatbot, and payment modules.

Conducted manual QA on a web-based civil heavy equipment rental platform, testing equipment listings, rental booking, and user account flows. Logged and reported bugs with reproduction steps, screenshots, and priority levels; suggested workflow improvements and supported sprint planning.
