Worked as a part-time video editor at FrameLabs for two years. Edited multiple music videos for G-Series Music and other record labels as part of client and in-house projects. Delivered full post-production workflows including rough cuts, sound design, fine edits and color grading.

Built and managed a personal creative brand (S.T.A Turjo) across music, video, and digital platforms, demonstrating real-world brand development and audience engagement. Created and published original music, cover content, and cinematic video projects optimized for social media algorithms and achieved 60,000+ followers, 10M+ video views, and 70M+ audio streams across platforms. Contributed to Ganerkhoje, a large-scale music and talent discovery initiative by Grameenphone as a vocalist and mixing engineer. Worked within a branded campaign environment, aligning creative output with corporate brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Gained hands-on experience in telecom-backed digital campaigns and audience-focused storytelling.

Supported marketing activities for two major Eid campaigns, Mother’s Day, and other seasonal retail initiatives. Contributed creative concepts for photoshoots and product presentation, collaborating with the creative team on campaign content. Managed content updates for Aarong’s online portal, supporting accurate and timely digital communication. Volunteered to produce a documentary on Ayesha Abed Foundation, using cinematic storytelling to highlight Aarong’s manufacturing ecosystem.
