Designed and simulated conventional, soft-switched, and hybrid boost converters for photovoltaic MPPT applications, comparing output performance and efficiency using MATLAB/Simulink.
Developed a MATLAB/Simulink model integrating a PV system, Perturb and Observe (P&O) MPPT algorithm, PI controller, PWM switching, and different boost converter configurations. Compared output voltage, current, power, efficiency, and ripple characteristics.
