প্রজেক্ট
Developed a low-power, low-noise integrated circuit (IC) for accurate pH measurement in biomedical applications, such as wearable and implantable health-monitoring devices. The proposed design utilizes an Ion-Sensitive Field-Effect Transistor (ISFET), whe
প্রজেক্ট
Designed and optimized a low-power, low-noise Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA), the core analog building block of the readout IC, using the gm/ID methodology to achieve low noise, low power consumption, and improved analog performance.
প্রজেক্ট
Utilized Silvaco TCAD to simulate and evaluate a gate-all-around FET, analyzing electrical characteristics including I–V behavior, threshold voltage, and electrostatic performance.
প্রজেক্ট
Developed a wearable health monitoring system integrating ECG, SpO₂, heart rate, and temperature sensors for real-time physiological data acquisition and analysis.
