AI-Based Surface Defect Detection System
machine vision system to detect surface defects on moving objects on a conveyor belt
Designed and launched a smart camera system that automatically spots and flags product flaws as they move down the production line. By replacing slow, manual visual checks with instant automated scans, the system catches surface damage immediately and prevents defective items from being shipped to customers.
