Identified a recurring workflow problem in which employees had to manually calculate totals from multiple copied numerical values during routine data-entry and office tasks. To solve this, I designed and developed a Clipboard Auto-Sum & Productivity Calculator that automatically captures numerical values copied to the clipboard and calculates their total, reducing repetitive manual calculations.

The tool was designed with a practical, user-focused approach so that employees could use it quickly without changing their existing workflow. I tested and refined the application based on real-world usage and shared it with 50+ employees who could benefit from faster calculations in their daily work.

Beyond simple calculation, the project demonstrates my ability to identify operational inefficiencies, translate a practical problem into a technology-based solution, develop and test a usable tool, and support adoption among users. The project helped reduce repetitive manual steps, save time in routine calculations, and make parts of the users' daily workflow smoother.

I used AI-assisted development and problem-solving during the project to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, refine functionality, and improve the usability of the tool. This experience strengthened my practical skills in workflow automation, problem-solving, user-focused development, process improvement, and applying technology to solve real business problems.
