Quantitative analysis of training incidence across 998 Bangladeshi firms using World Bank Enterprise Survey data
Conducted secondary data analysis of World Bank Enterprise Survey data covering 998 formal private-sector firms.
Tested six hypotheses using proportion tests, chi-square analysis, trend tests, and odds-ratio estimation.
Found training incidence of 6.4% vs. 22.6% South Asian benchmark; identified participation as the key gap.
