The system is designed to manage the recruitment process from job circular creation and candidate applications to payment processing, AI-based CV matching, offers, and joining schedule
A web-based recruitment management and candidate screening system built with ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core, SQLite, ASP.NET Core Identity, and Stripe.
Project Overview
The system provides two primary roles:
Candidate --- manages a profile and CV, searches jobs, applies for positions, completes payments when required, and tracks applications.
HR Manager --- creates and manages job circulars, reviews applications, views candidate documents, and manages recruitment decisions.
