Citycell Mobile App — UX/UI Case Study
Redesigned the Citycell mobile experience to make account management, mobile usage, offers, and support easier to understand and navigate.
- Researched existing telecom self-care apps and identified common usability issues.
- Designed the information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Focused on clear balance/usage visibility, easy pack discovery, payments, and a Bengali-friendly experience.
- Created an AI assistant concept to help users quickly find information and complete common tasks.
- Built a clickable prototype to test the overall user flow and interaction.
