Managed end-to-end logistics, vendors, budgets, and teams for large-scale university events.
I managed end-to-end logistics for Unilever’s “Learn to Lead” program, coordinating 6–7 vendors, a cross-level team and approximately BDT 60,000 in expenses. I also directed logistics and hospitality for “Skin’O Business Intelligence Vol-II,” managing a budget of around BDT 70,000 for 150+ participants and judges. Through these projects, I developed strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, procurement, teamwork, coordination and problem-solving.
