Officer, Visualization and Content Writing

If turning ideas into content feels exciting, this role offers the chance to take a story from concept to screen. The work spans developing concepts, writing scripts, shooting with a DSLR or mobile, editing short form videos and creating content that brings BKL’s programmes, centres, instructors and learners to life.

The role works closely with the Digital Marketing team and teams across BKL, alongside instructors and centre teams to discover and capture authentic stories. Larger campaigns will involve coordinating with production houses, creative agencies, videographers and editors, offering exposure to both hands on production and managing large scale content projects.

Along the way, the role is about much more than just making videos. It’s a chance to learn how a good idea becomes a story people connect with, how a campaign comes together behind the scenes, and what makes content worth stopping for. From storytelling and creative thinking to managing shoots, working with agencies and using AI in the creative process, every project brings something new to learn.

- Own the end to end video production process, from ideation and scripting to shooting and editing, using DSLR or mobile.

- Develop engaging short form video concepts that align with BKL’s brand, programmes and campaigns, with strong storytelling and platform appropriate formats.

- Manage BKL’s overall video production pipeline, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery across centres, programmes and campaigns.

- Plan and coordinate large scale or simultaneous shoots across multiple centres, ensuring smooth execution and quality output.

- Source, brief and coordinate with production houses, agencies, freelance videographers and editors for high volume production requirements.

- Use AI tools effectively for content ideation, video production and copy development.

- Manage the content calendar, scheduling, publishing, content coordination and performance tracking as required.

- Work closely with internal teams and external production partners to ensure consistency in brand, messaging and quality across all content.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

- Relevant experience in content creation and video production.

- Hands on experience in video shooting and editing using DSLR or mobile is preferred.

- Experience in developing short form video content, including concept development, scripting and storytelling.

- Strong ability to manage end to end video production, including coordinating shoots, external production partners and high volume content requirements.

- Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, content production and copy development.
