Dhaka, Bangladesh Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured English and IELTS training to batches of approximately 7–8 learners, with students typically achieving IELTS outcomes in the 5.5–6.0 Band range. Formulate and adapt custom curriculum frameworks and syllabus models using Oxford and Cambridge instructional methodologies tailored to diverse student backgrounds. Coordinate with learners throughout training delivery, maintaining clear communication regarding class activities, learning requirements and progress. Use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare instructional materials, presentations and administrative documentation. Facilitate interactive communication and presentation sessions to foster practical language fluency, candidate engagement, and practical skill building.
