Forecast seasonal apparel demand from past order records so merchandisers could book fabric on time and avoid production delays. Audited factory cost sheets (FOB/CMT) against material consumption, found fabric and yarn wastage, and gave the team evidence for better pricing talks with suppliers. Tracked Time & Action milestones from sample approval to final QC inspection, chasing delays early to keep production cycles moving. Built tracking templates and dashboards for factory capacity, lead-time delays, and vendor compliance, used by senior management to review performance.

Kept ERP data accurate by logging and checking orders, shipments, and fabric inventory every day. Compared commercial invoices with cost sheets and flagged pricing mismatches to the analytics team. Followed up daily with merchandising and sample room teams on T&A milestones, and turned raw ERP data into weekly summary reports and presentations for management using Excel Pivot Tables.

Led a 23-member executive team and was responsible for budgets, timelines, and event delivery. Ran the logistics and technical operations for CSE Carnival, working with vendors, sponsors, and university administration.
